What type of hair do you provide?

We provide premium raw and virgin hair sourced from Southern Asian countries, primarily Vietnam and India. Our hair is carefully selected to ensure superior quality, longevity, and natural beauty.

We offer next-day delivery and same-day pickup options. Standard orders are typically delivered within 3–5 business days. Pre-orders take approximately 5–7 business days, which includes hair sourcing, processing, and delivery.

Due to health and safety reasons, all hair extension sales are final. However, exchanges are accepted within 14 days of receiving your order only in the event that an incorrect item was sent. The product must be unused, in its original condition, and in its original packaging. Please note that all custom orders are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.

With proper care, our raw hair wigs and extensions can last for several years. Longevity depends on how well the hair is maintained and how frequently it is worn. Our high-quality hair is designed to retain its softness, strength, and durability with consistent care.

Custom wigs are carefully hand-stitched or machine-stitched to ensure a perfect fit and flawless finish. Processing time for custom wigs is approximately 5 working days before they are ready for delivery or pickup.
